Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 15-day return and refund policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • The item must be unused and unwashed
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact
  • The product should be in the same condition as received
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within a few working days.

Exchange Policy

We also offer exchanges within 15 days of delivery.

You can request an exchange if:

  • You received the wrong size
  • The product arrived damaged
  • You received the wrong item

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used or washed items
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Items damaged after delivery
